Can I get the coronavirus when I receive the item? 

The coronavirus is mostly spread by respiratory droplets which are transmitted by sneezing or coughing from one person to another.

As stated by WHO (World Health Organization), there is a low risk of catching the virus from a package as the exposure to different conditions and temperatures makes it difficult for the virus to survive transit.

If there is still concern, we recommend cleaning the product with a disinfectant and also cleaning your hands.

Unfortunately we are having difficulty sending to Brazil at the moment due to Covid-19.

I just placed my order, when will it arrive?

Once we get your order, we then begin processing which can take 3-6 days. We then send your product out and email/text you a tracking code so that you can know where your product is at all times (this is additional to the shipping time).

We are seeing some delays in countries that have been impacted by the coronavirus. Please rest assured that packages are still being delivered, we ask for your patience in these cases.

Please note that some of our package are being returned to sender as couriers are no longer able to deliver to some addresses due to the coronavirus. If this happens, please let us know and we can either ship to an alternate address or issue a refund. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 3–6 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Delays due to Covid-19 can add a few more business days. 

    What if no one is home for the delivery?

    If no one is home, the mailman will leave a collection slip and the item will be left at your nearest post office. 

    The tracking information says it's delivered, where is it?

    Sometimes the tracking information can show that a package is delivered up to 5 business days early. Please be patient, if after 3 business days you still have not received your package, contact us at info@jubkies.com.

    What is your refund policy?

    Our policy lasts 30 days from the time of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Shoot us an email and we will guide you through our procedure. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
